By purchasing services from MyBis.site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

MyBis.site provides:

• Professional single-page website design and development
• Free professional web address (yourbusiness.mybis.site)
• Mobile-responsive design
• WhatsApp and Google Maps integration
• Basic SEO optimization
• Website editing capability

3. Pricing and Payment

• Annual Fee: ₹999 per year (non-refundable after website delivery)
• Update Fee: ₹50 per website update after launch
• Optional Services: Custom domain setup (₹250 + domain cost), Logo design (₹500)
• All payments processed securely through Razorpay

4. Delivery Timeline

• Website demo: 24-48 hours after payment and receipt of all required information
• Live website: Within 24 hours of demo approval
• Updates: 2-3 hours during business hours

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide:

• Accurate business information
• Logo and images (owned by you or properly licensed)
• Content for the website
• Timely feedback during the review process

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content, logo, and images
• MyBis.site retains ownership of the website code and design framework
• You receive a license to use the website for your business

7. Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Spam or misleading information
• Copyright infringement

8. Revisions and Changes

• One free review session before launch
• Reasonable changes included during review
• Major redesigns may incur additional fees
• Post-launch updates charged at ₹50 each

9. Website Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party service disruptions

10. Subscription Renewal

• Annual subscription renews on anniversary date
• Renewal reminders sent 30 days before expiry
• Website taken offline if not renewed within 7 days of expiry
• Data retained for 30 days after expiry

11. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime before renewal
• No refunds for unused portion of annual fee
• Website will remain live until current subscription period ends

12. Limitation of Liability

MyBis.site is not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue due to website issues
• Third-party service failures
• Content provided by you
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MyBis.site against claims arising from your use of services or content you provide.

14. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to Kollam, Kerala jurisdiction.
