Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a complete refund if:
- We fail to deliver your website demo within 120 hours of receiving complete information
- Technical issues on our end prevent website creation
- We cannot provide the services as described
No Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Website demo has been delivered and you approved it
- You provided incomplete or inaccurate information causing delays
- You are unavailable for review/feedback
- You change your mind after demo delivery
- Subscription renewal payments (annual fee is non-refundable once service year begins)
Cancellation Policy
Before Website Delivery
You may cancel your order before demo delivery for a full refund minus payment processing fees (if applicable).
After Website Delivery
Once the demo is delivered, cancellation with refund is not available. However, you can:
- Request revisions during the free review session
- Choose not to renew at the end of your subscription year
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime before renewal date
- Website remains active until current subscription expires
- No prorated refunds for unused time
Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
- Contact us at support@mybis.site with your order details
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund credited to original payment method via Razorpay
Non-Refundable Items
- Optional add-on services (custom domain setup, logo design) after delivery
- Website update fees (₹50 per update)
- Third-party costs (domain registration fees paid to domain registrars)
Dispute Resolution
If you're unhappy with our decision:
- Contact our support team for reconsideration
- Provide detailed explanation of your concern
- We will respond within 5 business days
Force Majeure
Refunds for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.) will be evaluated case-by-case.
